Withdrawal from the Contract

If you are a so-called privileged buyer, meaning:

  • a) a consumer,
  • b) or a natural person entering a contract directly related to your business activity, but not of a professional nature for you,

- in principle, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a withdrawal statement, for example, via email to: info@kajawis.pl.

The deadline to withdraw is 14 days. It starts from the moment you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the courier) take possession of the item. In the case of multiple items delivered separately, the deadline begins upon receipt of the last item.

To meet the deadline, it's enough to send the statement before it expires.

Returned goods should be sent to: ul. Graniczna 16, 25-649 Kielce without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal statement.

We will refund your payment promptly according to the terms specified in the Store Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.

If we haven't offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of its return - whichever comes first.

Please note: the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized,
  • goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life,
  • sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
  • sealed audio/video recordings or software once opened after delivery.

Complaints

The following information applies to privileged buyers. If you're not one, please refer to our Store Terms and Conditions for details on complaints.

If we improperly fulfill the contract, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably via email to info@kajawis.pl or by post to ul. Graniczna 16, 25-649 Kielce.

We are liable for the non-compliance of the product with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years.

According to the Consumer Rights Act, you may request:

  • a) replacement of the item, or
  • b) repair of the item.

In some cases, you may also:

  • a) withdraw from the contract, or
  • b) submit a statement to reduce the price.
